If you have trouble with your JKPPD electricity bill, you should contact the nearest billing department directly to resolve it or call the helpline number **1912** or **18001807183** (Jammu) / **18001807666** (Kashmir). You can also email your concern at [mdjpdcl@gmail.com](mailto:mdjpdcl@gmail.com).

To raise your complaint online with JKPDD, please follow the instructions provided below.
