# Call Drop issue on Jio number

I am continuously facling call drop issue.  
otherwise mobile is showing call in progress but person not able to listen my voice or viceversa.

If you’re facing frequent call drops or issues where you or the other person can’t hear each other, first try restarting your phone and checking your signal strength. If the problem keeps happening, contact your mobile network’s customer service and ask them to check your connection. They can help fix network problems or guide you through further steps.
