# Complaining about how staff are behaving in City bus services

Hi,  
I am writing this to share my experience occurred while travelling in a city service bus which is coming from CBS to Gowlidoddy bearing the registration number TS06Z0229.The thing is driver stopped the bus one km ahead and talked rude infront of other passengers where I felt much embarrassment due to this…I just requested him to stop near my place where I am getting down at the same place from the past 2years.Even the conductor had spoken sarcastically cause I gave him a ten rupee coin."He said that I have been distributing the 10rs coins to the people and you are giving it to me again.I am AP so can you please tell me whether I am not supposed to give ten rs coins in Telangana??..I know there won’t be any action taken by you people but still I wanted express my grief where there is a free bus for local women but no respect for non locals or people from other states…In this matter I will definitely cherish my days in Chennai where the govt there given free bus and utmost respect to every women including non locals and how safe I felt when I lived…thank you 🙏
