Your e‑Aasthi EPID is still showing “EC Submitted Successfully And Moved to Case Worker,” indicating pending verification before “Ready for Registration at Sub‑Registrar” can update.​

Call the e‑Khata Citizen Helpline 94806 83695 and request a status check with your EPID or contact the ARO for Gali Anjaneyaswamy Temple Sub‑Division (covers Ward 158‑Deepanjali Nagar): 9845356483, arogalianjaneya@gmail.com.​ You can also visit the ARO office at Swimming Pool Building, 1st Floor, 4th Cross, Hampinagar to nudge processing.​

If unresolved, register a grievance on BBMP Sahaaya via 1533 and track the ticket.​​ For escalation, contact the Joint Commissioner (Revenue): 080-2297-5555 / 080-2266-0000, dcrev@bbmp.gov.in.​ Keep EPID, latest EC, and receipt handy and keep checking the e‑Khata status page.​

Online Complaint Registration

Visit the BBMP’s integrated complaint registration system, Namma Bengaluru, or use the mobile app (Saahaya) to file an online complaint. Follow these steps:

• Visit the Namma Bengaluru portal and register using your mobile number.
• Login with the OTP received and navigate to the ‘Grievance Redressal’ section.
• Click ‘Raise complaint (bbmp.gov.in)’, select the issue category, and fill in the required details.
• Upload any supporting documents or photos, submit the form, and note down the reference number for future reference.

If your complaints are still not resolved, you may escalate the case to the zonal deputy municipal commissioners of your region.
