Steps to File an Online Complaint:

• Visit the NMC’s official website (nmcnagpur.gov.in).
• Select "the “Grievances” option from the menu.
• Click “Register” to register your complaint on the grievance redressal system or use your mobile number to log in with OTP, if you already have an account.
• Fill out the online complaint form with the necessary details, including the type of complaint, location with the ward, and a description of the issue.
• Submit the form.

Finally, obtain a reference/token number for tracking the status of your complaint. If not resolved, escalate it to the zonal deputy municipal commissioner or head of department by using the provided contact number.
