# How can I complain about GAIL Gas services?

To file complaints about GAIL Gas Ltd including issues related to PG, LNG, CNG (Compressed Natural Gas), regasification, Biogas, Vendor & retail distribution of petroleum products, petrochemicals, City gas distribution, and PNG (domestic, industrial & commercial) natural gas pipeline connections, you can use the following steps and provided contact details:

## Online Complaint:

- Visit the official [GAIL portal (gailgas.com)](https://gailgas.com/) or GAIL Gas Mitra mobile app.
- Navigate to “[Grievance](https://gailgas.com//onlinecomplaint)” or “Contact Us” page.
- Click “Customer Complaints” and then “[Proceed to file complaint](https://gailgas.com/complaints)” to open the online complaint form.
- Fill out the required details within form including BP/Customer ID, area of operation, location, and description of issue.
- Submit the form.
