# How to file complaints about MGVCL electricity services?

## Steps to File Online Complaint

- Visit the MGVCL “[**Customer Support (mgvcl.com)**](https://www.mgvcl.com/Consumer_Services)” or “[**GUVNL Login/Registration (guvnl.in)**](https://portal.guvnl.in/login.php)” portal of the Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB).

- Provide MGVCL Account/Connection Number, location, Electric Pole Number (if known), and nature of the problem.

- Attach supporting documents, such as photos or videos of the issue.

- Submit the complaint and note the reference number for tracking.

## Escalation to Consumer Forum (CGRF)

If not resolved by MGVCL, escalate to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), MGVCL by submitting a detailed complaint with your service connection number, nature of the grievance, and relevant documents.
