# How to make complaints against online services companies and where to address these in Govt

e g. Complaints against Filpkart, Amazon, etc Now a days almost all the companies have deleted there email IDs from their apps.

You can register your complaint against these companies on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Follow these instructions:
