# I didn't receive the OTP

To help you resolve this issue of not receiving OTP, could you please provide some more details?

- **What service are you trying to use?** (with the name of the platform such as Facebook, Amazon, etc.)
- **When did you request the OTP?**
- **Have you checked your spam or junk folder?**
- **Did you receive any other notifications or emails related to this request?**
