# I have Tata become purchased in July 2022, there is sound on left side

I have Tata become purchased in July 2022.i have noticed that there is sound on left side so I taken vehicle to service center gulbarga,they saying that left front sockobserver has gone,mine question how it is possible,I am owner. Car runs only in city,Tata is believed to the best car but why it is so to fail sockobserver,and very important is gulbarga service center very irresponsible and careless kindly may I get answer at least from this office
