Steps to file an online complaint:

• Visit the MCG’s official website (mcg.gov.in).
• Navigate to the “Services” section of the menu.
• Choose “Grievances” to open the online complaint form. For other issues, select “Water Grievance”, “Property Tax”, or “C&D Waste Grievance” options.
• Click “Open a new ticket” to open the online form.
• Fill out the form with the required details including the nature of your complaint, location with ward, department, and description of the issue.
• Upload supporting documents or photos, if any.
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference/ticket number from the Helpdesk System of GMDA. If not resolved, escalate your grievance to the zonal joint municipal commissioner or head of the department with an acknowledgement ID.
