Please report the issue with your vehicle details and toll receipts (if any) to NHAI at **1033** (24x7 toll-free helpline). You can also file a grievance at [pgportal.gov.in](https://pgportal.gov.in) under the Ministry of Road Transport. Request a refund and clarification on rate changes in your submission.
