# No availability of buses in morning time (7 am - 7.30 am)

Dear @Abishiya Ji,

As per your case, “For the past **two weeks** , no buses have been operating on time from **Azhagappapuram to Nagercoil Vadasery** between **7:00 AM - 7:30 AM** despite the bus schedule board stating that a bus should arrive **every 10 minutes**. This delay has **affected students, employees, and daily commuters** , leading to overcrowding when buses do finally arrive. A request is made to ensure **punctual bus service** as per the designated schedule.”

You can also escalate the complaint to the Bust Depot Manager of Nagercoil.

- Send a formal **written complaint** addressed to the **TNSTC Kanyakumari Division Manager** via **email or post**.
- If possible, **attach photos** of the bus timing board and proof of delays.
