Dear @Snehal
While we can’t directly assist with refunding the 300 rupees, please follow the instructions for contacting Ola customer support that you’ll find in the app (or on their website - if you can’t find it in the app, look for contact information on the Ola website). They will be able to investigate your ride (CRN 9058691937) and the duplicate payment, and hopefully process a refund for you. Providing them with the details of both transactions will be helpful. For more help, follow these instructions:
If your complaint remains unresolved, consider filing an informal consumer complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) . Further, you may appeal to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) through the e-Daakhil portal for compensation.
In case of fraud, please visit the nearest local police station to file a complaint against the Ola driver with all the available information.
If still need help, reply to us.
