To report overcrowding in an APSRTC bus (over 80 passengers), you can file a complaint via the APSRTC customer support helpline at 08662570005 or email them at customercare@apsrtconline.in. Mention bus number, date, time, and attach the image (if possible). You may also raise the issue on the APSRTC mobile app or online portal.

• Visit the APSRTC official website (apsrtc.ap.gov.in/).
• Navigating to the ‘Grievances’ section or login to your account (for e-ticketing disputes)
• Open the online complaint form.
• Fill out the complaint form with all necessary details such as bus number, route, ticket ID, and description of the issue.
• Attach supporting documents or photos of the bus (if any)
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference/acknowledgement ID to track status. You can also use the APSRTC mobile app to make your bus complaints and access online ticketing services.

If your previous complaints are not resolved, contact the regional manager or designated officer of the bus depot by using the phone number or email provided on the contact page of the Andhra Pradesh Roadways’s website.
