- **Customer Service Number** : Call at the hotline **18009256278** or **18004117942** (for gift cards) to raise your concerns. For Gift Card balance enquiry, dial **18885326092**.
- **Email** : Send an email to [giftcards@walmart.com](mailto:giftcards@walmart.com) for gift card issues.
