# Where can you file complaints about e-pharmacy and online consultation service of Netmeds?

To file complaints about e-pharmacy, healthcare, wellness products, and consultation services of Netmeds including issues related to wellness products (baby care, veterinary, and treatments), surgical devices, expired products/medicines, membership plans, service charges, and delivery of medicines, follow these steps and use the provided helplines & contact details:

## Netmeds Customer Support:

- **Customer Care Number** : Call at **+917200712345** to register your complaint with executives.
- **Email** : Send an email to [cs@netmeds.com](mailto:cs@netmeds.com).

For issues related to damaged/missing products, email your concerns at [damaged@netmeds.com](mailto:damaged@netmeds.com) or [missing@netmeds.com](mailto:missing@netmeds.com). If you want to request specific medicine (if not found), you may email to Netmeds at [rx@netmeds.com](mailto:rx@netmeds.com).

## Steps to file an online complaint:

- Provide required details including order ID and expected resolution.
- Submit your complaint.
