You can also visit your local TANGEDCO office (sub-station/divisional office) and submit a written complaint letter. ## Steps to file an online complaint: - Visit the official [TANGEDCO website (tangedco.org/en/tangedco/)](https://www.tangedco.org/en/tangedco/). - Navigate to the “Reach Us” and select the “Consumer’s Complaint” section. - Click “[Click here to Register/Login](https://ccms.tangedco.org/tangedco-public/)” to open the complaint management system. - Open the online complaint form by logging in or registering yourself. - Fill out the form including customer ID, incident location, and issue description. - Submit the form. Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID. You can also use the provided mobile app to lodge your electricity complaint or access online power distribution services of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Ltd. ## **Escalate to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF)** If you are unhappy with TANGEDCO’s response or if your complaint remains unresolved after a reasonable time, you can escalate your complaint to the CGRF. The CGRF is a designated forum to handle more complex consumer electricity complaints.
