# Why garbage truck didn’t come on time?

Dear @usha_nandhini,

To resolve the issue of the garbage truck not coming to Dunlop Nagar, Veppampattu village, you can file a complaint with the **Thiruvallur Municipality** or contactimg the District Collector\*\*. You can call at +91-44-27661600 or email [collrtlr@nic.in](mailto:collrtlr@nic.in).

Additionally, you cam also write a complaint letter and aend it at the municipal office or collectorate office:

- Address: First Floor, Collectorate, Tiruvallur – 602001

**If unresolved** , you can also lodge a public grievance through the the \*\*TN IIPGCMS Public grievance portal of the Tamil Nadu government. For more help, follow these instructions:
