Dear @Bala_Murugan.c,
Thank you for providing your specific location details in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.
Since your area falls under the Tamil Nadu telecom circle and your standard MyJio tickets have not yielded any results, you now have the required information to escalate the issue. Please take the following steps:
1. Email the Jio Appellate Authority (Tamil Nadu)
Send a formal grievance email directly to appellate.tn@jio.com. In your email, make sure to include:
- Your affected Jio mobile number and an active alternate contact number.
- Your complete village address, including the 614626 PIN code.
- A list of all previous Jio Care ticket numbers you have raised.
- A clear statement emphasizing that this is a widespread network blackout affecting the entire village of Kothayakadu, and not just a single device issue.
2. File a Grievance with DoT (PG Portal)
Telecom providers are required to respond to Appellate Authority escalations. However, if they fail to resolve the network tower issue or provide a satisfactory timeline, your next step is to file a complaint against Reliance Jio with the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). You can do this online via the Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System at pgportal.gov.in.
Please keep us updated on whether the Appellate Authority responds to your email so we can guide you further if necessary.
