Airtel broadband past records in update

Your issue is that Airtel has marked your area Nangal Bihalan, Hoshiarpur (144221/144205) as “not feasible” for fiber, even though nearby Ghogra (same pincode) already has Airtel fiber installed.

You can take these steps:

  • Call Airtel Customer Care at 121 / 9810012345 and ask for a feasibility recheck with your full address and reference to nearby installed connection in Ghogra.
  • If they still refuse, email Airtel Punjab Nodal/Appellate at appellate.pb@in.airtel.com, attach photos, your application number, and clearly mention discrimination between two areas with same pincode.
  • If unresolved within 30 days, file a complaint with National Consumer Helpline (dial 1915) and then Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission via e‑Daakhil / e‑Jagriti portal for denial of service despite coverage in nearby locality.
