Avoid Kaizen Adventours Gurgaon – Our entire group was abandoned on the Ladakh circuit

Hey everyone, sharing a serious consumer warning with the citizen community regarding a highly risky experience our group just endured. If you are looking at booking high-altitude mountain packages through Kaizen Adventours (based out of Gurugram), please read our first-hand account before transferring any money.

Our May 31st Leh-Ladakh batch faced a complete operational breakdown that turned a holiday into a massive safety hazard. Here is exactly how the backend failure played out on the ground:

The Hidden Outsourcing: We paid premium rates believing we were traveling with a directly managed corporate agency. Instead, the moment we landed, we discovered Kaizen had completely offloaded our entire itinerary to local third-party transport and handling vendors. There was zero direct presence or oversight from their head office.

Vanishing Bookings: When our group arrived at multiple high-altitude transit stops, the hotels flat out refused to give us rooms. Why? Because the corporate office in Gurugram had failed to clear backend payments and confirm the vouchers. We were left stranded for hours trying to sort out basic accommodation in freezing mountain weather.

Zero High-Altitude Safety: In remote, low-oxygen terrains like Ladakh, backup emergency assets and solid communication lines are mandatory. The operator completely failed to allocate these essential safety setups, leaving a massive group of paying customers highly vulnerable.

Management Went Ghost: When these critical issues escalated, upper management—including Co-Founder Preeti Maan—completely shut down communication. Instead of stepping up to resolve the local vendor disputes or helping stranded tourists, the backend team evaded our calls and left us to handle the me and extra expenses on our own.
