BEST Best driver's reckless driving

Hi,

Bus no. A-126 From Jijamata Udyan towards Mantralaya. Morning 9.08 am it touches Maharana Pratap Chowk. Bus no. MH01E M2740, the driver is a reckless driver, he hit me while walking and the bus was turning and i was walking ahead. EIther he did not judge that he would be able to turn in that much space or he was generally a reckless driver, he hit me sideways from behind and my hand scratched very badly that i have to now take Physiotheraphy treatments. On the same journey, he was about to push the bike driver while turning at the signal of A H Ansari Chowk towards Clare Road.
Then on the same journey, small incidents made him angry like someone was walking ahead, so he left the horn on for 5 minutes. When i got down at Mumbai Central station and politely asked him to be careful as that accident would have lost my hand, instead he threatened me to look behind and walk carefully and go and complain as nobody can even harm a BEST driver.

While talking to other passengers on the next day, i found out that the same driver has had many instances of rude behavior with public and have even started the bus while one spastic child was boarding the bus. The child was about to fall and the mother cried in the bus.

Please take this matter forward. Or advise how best we can complaint and ensure this driver is thrown out of the service.
