With multiple different vehicles using this spot (first the Ford, now this Honda), it is apparent that this specific area of your property is vulnerable to this behavior, and people are taking advantage of the lack of a physical barrier. Here are the steps you should take to handle this specific car and protect your yard long-term:

1. Report This Vehicle Immediately

  • Call your local non-emergency police dispatch or city code enforcement right now.
  • Provide them with the make, model, and the CHS-X04 plate number. Report it as an active trespass and unauthorized parking on private residential property.
  • Do not confront the driver yourself. Let the authorities handle the situation to ensure your safety.

2. Install Physical Landscaping Barriers

  • Because this is a recurring problem with different drivers, the most effective solution is to physically block access to the grass.
  • Consider placing large, heavy decorative landscaping boulders or large, immovable planters directly along the curb line where these cars keep pulling up. This will physically stop vehicles from crossing onto the lawn and protect your grass and underground sprinklers.
