Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior by Delivery Personnel (AWB: 22336123182886)

Dear Delhivery Customer Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the behavior of your delivery personnel during my recent delivery (AWB: 22336123182886) from ZIVIFASHION SURFACE. On [date], I received a message that my delivery attempt was unsuccessful. However, when I contacted the delivery person / when they arrived, they spoke to me in a very rude and offensive manner.

Specifically:

  • The delivery boy used harsh / inappropriate language.
  • He was disrespectful and did not behave professionally.
  • This behavior was very upsetting and disappointing, given that I was polite and cooperative.

Such conduct is not acceptable, and it reflects poorly on Delhivery’s customer service standards.

What I request:

  1. A formal apology from Delhivery for the conduct of the delivery person.
  2. An internal investigation into this incident, so that such behavior does not happen again.
  3. Assurance that staff (delivery personnel) will be retrained or disciplined appropriately.
  4. A reference / ticket number for this complaint, so that I can follow up.
