Sorry to hear about the rude delivery experience; open the Blinkit app, select the recent order, tap Need Help, and start chat to report delivery partner misconduct and request escalation or a callback.
Also share details via DM to the official support handle @blinkitcares with the order ID and contact info.
If unresolved, email info@blinkit.com and escalate to grievance.officer@blinkit.com (Blink Commerce Pvt Ltd) with ticket/order ID, time, and description.

If still unresolved, file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline at 1915 or 1800-11-4000, or via consumerhelpline.gov.in/WhatsApp 8800001915.
