For your complaints regarding bus e-pass of DTC, you may call at 1800118181 or +911141400400 to talk with designated officials.
Additionally, you can email to ccc@dtc.nic.in or contact the regional manager of your bus route area by using the contact details provided on the contact page (dtc.delhi.gov.in/).
If your transaction failed or was deducted from your account but not completed, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund or settlement.
Please provide as much information as possible when contacting DTC, such as your transaction ID, date, and any error messages you received.
