Escalation Complaint – Provincial Mahindra Automotive, Nagpur

Details of Complaint:
Since September 2025, my vehicle has been facing persistent
technical/mechanical problems (details mentioned below). The vehicle
has been taken to Provincial Mahindra Automotive, Nagpur, multiple
times; however, the issues are either temporarily addressed or not
resolved at all.

Despite assurances from the service centre staff, no permanent
solution has been provided till date. This has caused me:
• Continuous inconvenience
• Loss of time and money
• Mental stress
• Loss of confidence in the service quality

Issues reported (brief):

  1. Since 11 July 2025, RO NUMBER:- RO26A007173 my vehicle gives is
    in body shop for minor accident (Damage of front Bumper) they open my
    front bumber, radiatior amd condencer and vehical placed in open area
    in heavy rainfall up to 2 month when I asked to body shop manage for
    this issue he told sorry sir this fault is from our site , I will
    place your vehicle in shadewhen shed is empty , I complained to
    customer care after that they give me loaner car for temporary use
    and placed my vehicle in proper shade and resolve my vehicle issue
    from body shop.

  2. Then body shop gives vehicle to service department RO Number
    RO26A011922 , service adviser said me my front suspension and lower
    arm is not working it requires change to new. I approved and accept
    for change, after that they give me vehicle on 10/10/2025 and charged
    me bill of 30993.97 Rupees When I take the vehicle at home next again
    sound emitted from front and turning

  3. Then I call to service adviser Mr Navin Thool and tell about noise
    he said take the car back in service station, I give on 15/10/2025 he
    generate new RO no RO26A013296 after that he check vehicle and again
    he said steering rack and bush needs to replace again I approved and
    they change steering rack and charged me 25002.93 Rupees and deliver
    me on 17/10/2025.

4)Then I drive vehicle approximate 400 km again problem seen in gear
shifting , 6th gear sleeps then again I take back car to service
station on 7th November 2025 again he generate new RO : RO26A015038
and gives me repair estimate of 796.50 rupees and give repair time of
7 days , from 7th of November they only said I was try to repair your
vehicle, SYNCHRONIZER pin needs to replace, many time I visit to
service station he only says The wrong car part has arrived again we
order , after he changes many part but estimate not give many time I
tell Mr Navin I already spend more amount please tell me budget but
doesn’t tell me amount , on 14/01/2026 he call me and said your
vehicle is ready , when I test drive again 6th gear little hard to
shift and jerk and sound come when start and stop engine , I tell this
problem to Service Head Mr Dilip Deo he refuse my problem and
forcefully said your car is repaired and jurk problem will resolve
in 2 days , I demand for loaner car he again refuse to give me loaner
car and charged me Bill of 33000 /- I am not able to pay this amount I
already paid more repair cost
I am very suffered with out car from last 6 month and fistrated from
service , this effect on my business my work is filled work and
every day I travel out of station approximate 100-120 km per day I
face very trouble to reach on my site , more amount paid rental car


I strongly feel that the dealership is not taking my complaint
seriously and has failed to provide proper after-sales service, which
is against Mahindra’s service standards and customer commitment.

Request:
I request Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. to kindly:

Intervene immediately in this matter
Conduct a technical inspection of my vehicle
Provide a permanent resolution .
Take necessary action against the concerned dealership if required

If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I will be compelled to
approach higher authorities and consumer grievance forums.
