after 33 days long waiting response from PHE subdivision kokernag of jal shakti department where they clearly adding the 7(9) of j and RTI act reveals the physical appearance of complainant to their office for information hiding the information regarding the 1.5 inch water pipe laid before 2 years still not used for the public benefit and didn’t express the actions or explored the names against illegal water connections to apple orchards which is quite miserable and voilations of preserving the water sources

If unresolved, escalate to J&K State Information Commission or Lok Ayukta.
