Steps to File an Online Complaint

- Provide your order ID, product group, name, model, colour, and pin code2. Ensure these details match the product box or invoice.
- Upload a copy of your invoice and a video or image showing the product issue.
- After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a complaint/reference number for tracking.
*If you have cancelled any order or facing transaction failures, a refund will be initiated within 7 to 15 working days. For the return of the product, it will take 20 days.
