Filing a complaint to Airtel:

  • Level 1: Contact Airtel Cares by customer care number, email/chat, online form (file a complaint - selfcare), or mobile app.
  • Level 2: Escalate to Nodal Officer or Appellate Authority of Airtel if not resolved within 2 weeks.
  • Level 3: Appeal to Consumer Forum and TRAI if not resolved within 30 days.

Remember to keep a record of the reference or ticket number provided after submitting your complaint.
