I am not able login to TVS connect app in my mobile because OTP is not received in my mobile what can I do

I have purchased a TVS iQube in January 2024. I can not login to TVS connect app in my mobile because OTP is not received in my mobile which is the registered mobile with TVS motor company. Please suggest what to do.
