I have raised many complaints about the network issue in my home village

I have no internet or signal connection in my home village or network.i have no incoming call or outgoing call in my home .my family also use jio network.my home village have also face this problem more than 20 users face this . Take my complaint seriously.i raised my ticket in jio app care

2. Lodge a Grievance with DoT (PG Portal):

3. National Consumer Helpline (NCH):

Alternatively, you can report the deficiency in service by dialing 1915 or by registering your complaint on e-Jagriti portal.
