On the date of 9-8-2024, my mother went for dumping of the garbage to garbage collector who daily comes near bank of india,malkapur,415539. But in that day mistakenly my mother put one dry paper inside dustbin box of wet garbage on which the garbage collector shouted and said i wouldn’t accept such kind of garbage.
My mother felt insulted. At least she expected that on her mistake the person should have asked her politely to remove dry paper from wet garbage.
Please take strict action against the authorised person who came on 9-8-2024.

If you’re upset about the way the garbage collector treated your mother, you should file a formal complaint with the Malkapur Municipal Council. This is the body responsible for overseeing garbage collection in your area.
It’s reasonable to expect respectful behaviour from someone who is providing a service.
To report the incident, call the helpline number 18008332700. You can also visit the Malkapur Municipal Council grievance portal (malkapurnp.in) and select the “Grievance Management” option to open the online form. Finally, log in or register yourself and submit your complaint.
In the online complaint form, provide the date of the incident (9-8-2024), the location (near Bank of India, Malkapur), and any other details you remember, such as the garbage collector’s name or the time of the incident.
Further, you can also lodge an online complaint through “Maharashtra Public Grievance Redressal System Portal (PGRS)” of the Chief Minister’s Office of the government of Maharashtra.
