Incomplete BOE - Foreign parcel addressed to Company with TAX IDs

Import articles / parcels by foreign sent by postal service to India and are shipped to recipient Company address with IGST ID mentioned on the shipping label / Bill, are scrutinized by Postal Customs department and appropriate import duty is imposed which is being charged to recipient company by the local post office on delivery of the articles / parcels and thereafter the Bill of Entry (BOE) is handed over to the recipient.
In recent past, the BOE given to the recipient does not carry complete address and IGST details. And it indicates that as a part of total custom charges the IGST charged to the recipient would not reflect IGST benefit to Company due to missing IGST ID in the BOE.
Department of Indian Post / Customs is following foul practice and is a serious matter.
These issues have been reported via local post master, but nothing buzzed to any departments.

Its is expected that Govt. Departments should be following the correct practices.
