I have accidentally loaded money (1300) on wrong mobile number from jazzcash application I want to receive back this money.
Please help me
I have made a call on jazzcash helpline but they informed me that they have no such facility.

To lodge your complaint regarding the mistaken JazzCash transaction of PKR 1300, immediately call at 4444 /051-111-124-444 or email JazzCash support at complaints@jazzcash.com.pk with transaction details, the wrong number, and attach your proof screenshot. You should also visit the nearest JazzCash franchise or Mobilink service center with your CNIC and transaction reference for escalation. If not resolved, you may file a complaint with the PTA Consumer Protection Directorate.
