Dear @Ajay_Rathor to resolve your Jio AirFiber booking cancellation with no refund, first open MyJio or Jio Support > Track Order to confirm cancellation, then submit “Claim refund” online under Claim your Refund/Refunds section.
Log a complaint and get a docket by contacting JioCare: 198 from a Jio number or 1800-896-9999; you can also email care@jio.com or WhatsApp.
Refunds for non-provisioning/closure should complete within 45 days; some JioFiber deposits can take up to 60 days; AirFiber advance rental isn’t refundable after activation.
If no action within this timeline, escalate with your docket to the Jio Appellate Authority at 18008893999 (Mon–Fri, 10:30 AM–6:00 PM).
If still unresolved, file a telecom grievance on TRAI’s TCCMS portal.
