I have have jio 996685**** currently disconnected I want to active my number,pls assist

To reactivate your Jio 996685****, first check if the number is still in retention by calling 199 from any Jio line or 1800-889-9999 from any phone to request reactivation and confirm status.
If the SIM is inactive/expired, visit the nearest Jio Store with Aadhaar for KYC; SIM replacement costs ₹50 and needs an active plan; use MyJio → Store locator to find the store.

After reactivation/SIM change, complete tele-verification by dialing 1977 (or 1800-890-1977 for data-only). For 24x7 help, send “Hi” on WhatsApp to +91 70188 99999. If unresolved, register a complaint on 198 and ask to escalate.
