Jio fiber service

I am from khanapur town of Belagavi district pin 591302.
i ordered the jio fibe. they installed it after 13-14 days after booking. but incomplete installation. But become approx 10 from installation. no one is resolving the issue. even complait raise no one of jio fiber is responding. in khanapur Jio office they are not also responding regarding our issue.

Dear @shreedhar_pattar,

It is completely unacceptable that your Jio Fiber installation has been left incomplete for over 10 days, and it is even more frustrating that the local Khanapur office is ignoring your follow-ups. When local offices and standard customer care fail to act, you must escalate the issue to higher authorities to force a resolution.

Here are the exact steps you should take immediately:

1. Escalate to the Jio Appellate Authority (Karnataka)

Telecom companies are mandated by the government to have an Appellate Authority to handle unresolved grievances. Since you are in Belagavi, Karnataka, you need to email the state-level authority.

  • Email: Send a formal complaint to appellate.kar@jio.com
  • What to include: Your full name, registered mobile number, Jio Fiber Order Number, the 591302 PIN code, and all previous complaint numbers you have raised. Clearly state that the installation is incomplete and the local team is unresponsive.

2. Public Escalation via X (Twitter)

Local offices often ignore individual complaints until there is pressure from the corporate level.

  • Post a public complaint on X tagging @JioCare and @reliancejio.
  • Briefly state that your installation in Khanapur (591302) has been abandoned halfway for 10 days and the local office is unresponsive. Public social media teams usually have the power to escalate tickets directly to the regional managers.

3. National Consumer Helpline (NCH)

If Jio still does not resolve the issue or activate your connection within a couple of days of emailing the Appellate Authority, you should file a formal grievance for “deficiency in service.”

  • Call: Dial 1915 (Toll-Free).
  • Online/App: Register your complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) app or via the e-Jagriti portal.

4. Demand a Full Refund

If you have already paid for the installation or the plan, you have the absolute right to demand a 100% refund. In your communications with the Appellate Authority and JioCare, state clearly that if the installation is not completed within 48 hours, you wish to cancel the order and expect a full refund due to their failure to provide the service.

Make sure to keep a record of your order details and any text messages or emails you have received from them so far!
