JioFiber internet has been disconnected from 17 days

This is the second time that my Jio Fiber internet connection has been disconnected, about a year ago the connection in this area was cut and I got Jio Fiber internet after 20-25 days. Despite calling customer care many times, I did not get the justice I wanted, even though it was not our fault, they did not give me back even a day of lost service. Now again from 27-02-25 the internet connection is not available in this area, if the necessary steps are not taken as soon as possible, I inform you that legal action will be taken.

Since your service has been down since 27-02-25 and previous outages were not compensated, you should escalate this matter formally.

  1. You can call Jio Fiber customer support at 1800-896-9999 and request a service update.
  2. Raise a written complaint via Jio’s official support portal requesting compensation for lost service days. Further, you may contact the Nodal authority by calling at 18008893999.
  3. If no resolution is provided, escalate the complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or file a grievance online at consumerhelpline.gov.in.

If the issue persists, you may file a case with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for service deficiency.
