Since your service has been down since 27-02-25 and previous outages were not compensated, you should escalate this matter formally.
- You can call Jio Fiber customer support at 1800-896-9999 and request a service update.
- Raise a written complaint via Jio’s official support portal requesting compensation for lost service days. Further, you may contact the Nodal authority by calling at 18008893999.
- If no resolution is provided, escalate the complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or file a grievance online at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
If the issue persists, you may file a case with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for service deficiency.
