In GOA directorate of health and services dept mass posts of pharmacist n lab assistant were out. After interview within one month, i.e on 27 june joining orders letters were sent directly to the candidates ( all the candidates are from sattari - usgao goa constituency only). I am from other constituency, I got a message from speed post on 28junr that my article could not be delivered. So i enquired in the resp department that I got message from speed post that so n so article is booked sent from ur adress but delivered to usgao. So upon enquiring they told me ur name is not there in the list of selected candidates. Also they told me the staff did mistake and the contact numbers are wrong that’s y u got message. They have made mistake with the contact of all the candidates. I complained in the post to clarify my doubt post told me that the letter has ur contact no but name is of some other person (shruti gad from usgao) I could see there were total 5 candidates from sAme area to whom letters were sent by the dept. The department is not showing the list of the candidates selected as she is saying they don’t have order to show list. Already candidates joined. I have no idea what to do in this case as o cannot believe the staff has made such a mistake in putting contact nos. If contact no could be worng what is the gaurantee that names r correct? I belive they removed my name on last min but in hurry they fgot to remove contact no. This is a kind of corruption happening in goa. They r hiding the list of selected candidates so no body should quistion them how only that area people are selected. This is injustice to all other people. Pls help. As a fellow member of the citizen.complainthub.org community, I find this situation absolutely unacceptable. What you’ve uncovered looks like a textbook case of systemic nepotism. Blaming it on a “clerical error” with phone numbers while refusing to show the merit list is an insult to every hardworking candidate.
We don’t let these things slide. To expose this hidden merit list and hold the Directorate of Health Services accountable, here is the exact escalation matrix and the official links you need to use right now:
1. File an Online RTI Application
Do not ask them for the list verbally; they are legally bound to provide it in writing under the Right to Information Act.

Action: Ask for the certified copy of the final merit list for the Pharmacist and Lab Assistant interviews, the individual scores of the selected candidates (including Shruti N Gad), and the official outward dispatch register for the joining letters.
2. Lodge a Complaint with the Goa Directorate of Vigilance
Since all selected candidates are suspiciously from the exact same constituency (Sattari - Usgao), this requires an immediate anti-corruption probe.

Action: Submit a formal complaint attaching your Speed Post screenshot and the dispatch manifest. Clearly state that the department is intentionally hiding the final selection list to cover up favoritism.
3. Escalate to the Public Grievance Portal (CPGRAMS)
State departments often ignore local complaints, but CPGRAMS forces a mandatory response monitored by higher authorities.

Reach out to the other non-selected candidates from different constituencies. If the RTI proves that lower-scoring candidates from Usgao were chosen over higher-scoring ones, your group can easily file a petition in the Goa Administrative Tribunal or the Bombay High Court at Goa to place a stay on these appointments.
Do not let them sweep this under the rug. Your evidence is very strong.
