I am sinior citizen my irctc id is Rakesht565. I use my id and user name for long period for e- ticket booking to irctc appe but iam not successful for ticket booking and login. I am trying many times and days but not success .I many times send my problem with screen shots after that their ai based reply now login agen… and agen.After that i feel troubled and convenient. What is the positive solution of my this problem or not?

As a senior citizen facing repeated login and ticket‑booking failure on your IRCTC ID, you should now take it beyond app “AI replies” and register a formal complaint.
First, call IRCTC e‑ticketing customer care on 14646 or 0755‑6610661 / 0755‑4090600 and clearly mention your user ID “Rakesht565”, registered mobile/email, phone model, and attach screenshots when they ask. If the issue continues, email a detailed complaint to care@irctc.co.in (and mark etickets@irctc.co.in) describing that you are a senior citizen, unable to log in for many days, and that app support is only giving automated replies; attach all screenshots and past reference numbers.
You may also raise an online grievance on the IRCTC/Railways portal (RailMadad) or through RailMadad app, so that a formal ticket is generated and can be tracked and escalated if not resolved in time.
