Missing package

My package was so called delivered today. I have been calling around trying to find the pagers. The driver states that a man receive my package and Sin 4 it. I do not live with the man. I don’t know what apartment you went into. All I know is I have a phone that I bought from AT&T that was not delivered.
Now, the supervisor ups refuse to listen to me and keep telling me it’s been delivered. I don’t need to make nothing up but I am not happy. And I am not happy with the service. Will you please give me a call, my name is Sherri L Knox

Since UPS claims it was signed for by someone unknown to you, immediately contact AT&T customer care at 611 / 18003310500 / 18002882020 and report the issue. Also file a claim directly with UPS at www.ups.com/claims for lost/stolen packages. Include your tracking number, delivery details, and emphasize the misdelivery. If unresolved, escalate via www.consumerfinance.gov.
