I ordered products from zepto the cash was deducted but my refund is nor initiated and even they don’t provide any contact details to ask a query about the same this us very explicit.
No help and support option for the same in app..this is really bothering
..we cant even contact to customer care on the application

To resolve this, please open the Zepto app, go to Orders, select the relevant order, tap Help, then Refund Status, submit a refund request if not already done. If you still can’t access support, email Zepto at support@zeptonow.com or message them on their Support Portal.
