My refund is initiated by zepto

We understand your frustration with Zepto’s missing refund and lack of visible support. To resolve this, please open the Zepto app, go to Orders, select the relevant order, tap Help, then Refund Status, submit a refund request if not already done. If you still can’t access support, email Zepto at support@zeptonow.com or message them on their Support Portal.
