Hello. I had a 5 night reservation in Pick a Flat Apartments in Saint Michel Paris France through Booking.com. Check in 27 January and Check out 1 st of February. I payed the whole amount of 1096, 76 Euros for five nights. It has been charged from my credit card. But two days ago I had a mail saying that my reservation has been cancelled?? I did not cancel my reservation and I want my reservation to be valid. Please help me with this misunderstanding and reply to me asap. Booking.com does not answeer my messages since yesterday. There are several messages from Booking.com. One of them asks for 13 Euros plus for a cahnge in my reservation. But I did not change anything. Other mail says there has been a credit card problem, but there isn’t a problem, the whole amount has been charged from my card. So please help me with that. I cannot get in touch with Booking.com from my country. So I have lots of unanswewd questions. There is 20 days to go and no place to stay eventhough I paid for it? I didn’t understand anything.
Dear @Nilufer_Soyer
To resolve the issue of your cancelled reservation and the suspicious requests for extra payments, please contact Booking.com International Customer Service immediately (available 24/7). Ensure you have your Booking ID and PIN ready for verification.
Since you are unable to reach them via message, you can also try contacting the property management, Pick A Flat or email contact@monpetitparis.com to verify if the cancellation is valid.
Important: The request for an additional 13 Euros and claims of “credit card problems” after full payment are red flags for a potential scam. Do not pay this extra amount or click any links in those specific emails until you speak with a Booking.com agent. If the reservation cannot be restored, contact your credit card provider to dispute the charge and file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline if necessary.
If still need help, reply to us.
