No electricity for past 16 hours

there is no electricity in gurjivan vihar,dhakoli,zirakpur,india and despite of calling 1912 i,e, electricity call center, contacting dhakoli power station . i have no clue what to do next and your help will be truly appreciated

In the Zirakpur region, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) is responsible for electricity distribution. If your complaints are not addressed by the sub-station, you may file your complaint to the Executive Engineer (EE) of your divisional office or email to PSPCL at 1912@pspcl.in or helpdesk-pspcl@pspcl.in.

  • For ignorance or misconduct by officials, you may call at 180018001000 to report about employees.

If still not resolved, you can lodge a public grievance to higher nodal officers of PSPCL through Connect Punjab, an integrated public grievance redressal system of the Government of Punjab.

Additionally, you may also escalate the matter by lodging a grievance to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), an independent quasi-judicial body at the zonal offices of PSPCL.
