after getting 33 days of submission of RTI for inappropriation and not utilise the pipeline laid before at 2 years under Jjm mission at village Akingam from bhagat mohallaha to tourist centre but failed to utilise for the public use till date not only that already laid 1 inch pipe for several house holds were shared or getting water connections to apple orchards that too gives a scariest water supply to many house holds now please provide a complete format of second appeal to make the RTI more impactive and responsive
