NoBroker: Official Grievance Redressal & Escalation Protocol

Verified: 9 August 2026 05:30 am IST

Industry: Real Estate Prop-Tech & Home Services
Jurisdiction: India
Primary Regulator: Department of Consumer Affairs (CCPA)

Important Safety Warning: Beware of the “Fake Property Token Scam.” Scammers frequently post fake listings and ask you to pay a “token amount” or “gate pass fee” via UPI before showing the property. This is a scam. NoBroker will never ask for an upfront gate-pass fee. Also, beware of fake customer care numbers found on Google search.

Level 1: Customer Support (Initial Complaint)

How to complain: Do not search for random phone numbers online. Open the NoBroker App or website and navigate to the ‘Chat with us’ section to log your initial ticket. You can email their central support desk at assist@nobroker.in. You can also call their official national customer care helplines at +91-9241700000 or 8035263382. You must ensure you receive a unique ticket or reference number.

Availability: The customer care helpline and chat operate daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST.

Timeline: Standard resolution for subscription issues, fake listings, or service delays is typically within 48 to 72 hours.

Level 2: Internal Escalation (Grievance Officer)

Who to contact: If Level 1 fails to resolve your technical issue, or if you have a dispute regarding premium subscription refunds or fake listings, you must escalate it internally. Write an email to the designated Grievance Officer. You must email your formal grievance, clearly stating your original Level 1 ticket number, to hello@nobroker.in and CC assist@nobroker.in.

Timeline: Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the grievance desk must legally acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month from the date of receipt.

Level 3: Regulatory Authority (National Consumer Helpline)

Authority: Department of Consumer Affairs (National Consumer Helpline).

Portal/Contact: If NoBroker’s Grievance Officer rejects your claim, or the company fails to address a severe deficiency in service (like failing to provide verified owner contacts after you paid for a premium subscription, or damage caused by their Packers & Movers), you have exhausted internal remedies. You must register your grievance on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) by calling 1915 or visiting consumerhelpline.gov.in.

Level 4: Legal Action (Final Step)

Pre-Litigation: Ensure you have documented all correspondence, including screenshots of fake listings and the final rejection from the Grievance Officer, to serve as evidence. Written legal notices must be sent via physical post (Registered Post AD) to their registered corporate headquarters: Grievance Officer, NoBroker Technologies Solutions Private Limited, Ground Floor, Survey No 103, IndiQube - The Fore, Varthur, Carmelaram, Bangalore, Karnataka – 560087.

Court/Arbitration: If pre-litigation fails, file a formal complaint for “Deficiency of Service” or “Unfair Trade Practices” against NoBroker Technologies Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You can file this case entirely online with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission using the government’s unified e-Jagriti portal (e-jagriti.gov.in).

Community Action: Is NoBroker refusing to refund a premium subscription after sharing fake listings, or did their Packers & Movers damage your furniture? Reply below (do not share your passwords or full billing details), and our community will point you to the right resources!
